Helping shape the future of staff wellbeing through design
Ignite Aotearoa, a groundbreaking online platform dedicated to mental health resources for businesses and their staff, approached our team with an exciting opportunity to design wellbeing posters and business cards that would raise awareness of their important mission.
Since the posters would be displayed in staff rooms and offices, our graphic design team prioritised creating a layout that would be easily readable and eye-catching. To achieve this, we carefully selected tints of their primary colours, blue and indigo, to serve as the background colours for the wellbeing posters. Using lighter tints, we constructed shapes that served as a background treatment, adding a unique and friendly aesthetic. We incorporated bold typography to highlight headings onto the geometric shape poster design, ensuring they would draw attention and effectively communicate key messages. In order to seamlessly integrate the visuals with the design, we strategically placed photos of people in circles, blending them in with the applied shapes. This added a personal touch to the posters, making them more relatable and impactful. We applied a similar style to the wellbeing business card design, adding the same geometric shape treatment to create a vibrant look.
The overall design of the wellbeing posters and wellbeing business card design is both informative and inviting, enhancing the friendly and supportive brand presence of Ignite Aotearoa. The designs not only catch the eye but also inspire action and promote positive mental health and well-being in the workplace.
