C&Y NZ

Wrenching perfection with a cohesive visual identity

Clever spanner logo design

A bolt of brilliance with the spanner logo design and brand collateral for C&Y

C&Y NZ, a leading wholesale retail company specialising in electrical, central heating, central vacuum, HVAC, and general equipment, recently approached our team to create a fresh and modern brand identity for their business. As a company that prides itself on quality products and excellent customer service, C&Y NZ wanted a logo and stationery that would reflect its professionalism and expertise in the industry.

We designed a logo that incorporated the concept of a spanner in a clever and unique way. The spanner was stylised and contained within a 3D looking cube, giving it a geometric look that was both modern and visually appealing. The spanner logo design has been constructed to subtly make out the C and Y initials of the company. The use of a bold typeface in the logo complemented the design, adding a sense of strength and reliability to the brand. To add a friendly and approachable touch, the letters “NZ” were placed in a ribbon shape, creating a welcoming tone. The colour palette for the logo and stationery was carefully chosen to reflect the brand’s values and industry. Blue tones were selected, representing trust, reliability, and professionalism.

In addition to the logo, our design agency also created on-brand signage and modern corporate stationery design, including letterheads, business cards, and email signatures. The stationery was designed with clean typography and incorporated the blue elements from the logo to create a cohesive and unified look for the brand.
